The other week, in partnership with Avenues: The World School, Dwight School, Riverdale Country School, and Plussed, we hosted a New York City young entrepreneurs meetup for high school students. The event took place at Spotify’s New York Headquarters (thanks, Spotify!) and drew over 40 of New York’s most innovative high schoolers from four different schools, representing 11 different student-founded companies.
These ambitious students are in the process of building startups in areas ranging from restaurant reservation marketplaces to clean energy tech.
At the event, we officially launched this year’s Young Innovator Fellowship and look forward to having a range of awesome high schoolers applying!
See some pictures from the event below. We’re so excited that New York is home to such a dynamic group of students and can’t wait to see their startups come to life!
